Software of Excellence customer satisfaction close to 100 percent

Excellent customer feedback has delivered Software of Excellence an overall score of 95.5% for Customer Satisfaction in the 2017 Australian Achiever Awards, in the Computer Systems, Software & Internet Services category.

 

Now into their 20th year, these awards are an independent, unbiased award system based on ratings from a business’s own customers. A top score like this one is an indication of a well-run business that regularly exceeds customer expectations.

 

The award system focuses on seven criteria, each scored separately. They are time related service; addressing client needs; care and attention; value; attitude; communication and overall perception. “Anything above 80 percent overall is regarded as exceptional, and reflects outstanding customer service,” says Australian Achiever Director Jody Harwood.

 

She adds, “This is an excellent result and shows that [SOE’s] customer service approach is of the highest standard.”

 

Although the customer references provided are anonymous, they clearly point to why SOE achieved such an excellent result.
