Are you ready to take the challenge?

Last month we launched a brand new initiate – the Good to Great Challenge. The Good to Great Challenge is a brand new online platform; following the journey of dental practices as they work their way through 12 months of intensive business consultancy. Through monthly blogs, video updates and KPI trackers you can follow the story of practice owners and managers just like you as they reach new successes, challenges whilst following the best practice in order to drive their business forward. Or if you’re ready for it – take the challenge yourself!

The Good to Great Challenge gives practices the opportunity to unlock their hidden potential and gain access to consultancy and support that will help maximise their practice performance. The Good to Great Challenge encourages dentists to think more clearly about ways in which performance can be optimised and revenue maximised. It also provides a vehicle that dentists can use to track and follow the progress of like-minded professionals who are also on their Good to Great journey.

Practices that take up the challenge are supported for a full 12 months by a dedicated Challenge Consultant, who provides monthly monitoring of pre-determined KPIs. This statistical insight, together with the consultant’s experience and knowledge, provides the perfect foundation for monitoring the practice on its journey.

So, what do we ask in return? Only that Challenge Practices share their experiences by showcasing success and commenting on the obstacles which have been overcome and the outcomes that have been achieved.

The Good to Great Challenge website provides the perfect sharing platform, including blogs, photos, video content and monthly reports, to showcase each practice’s most improved KPIs. In addition, what we refer to as ‘lightbulb moments’ will be particularly highlighted. These are the critical points at which the pathway to success suddenly becomes clear or when performance clicks into place; these are different for every practice but provide a realistic insight into how other practices work.

Dentists who will gain most from joining the Challenge are those who are engaged, proactive and driven and who will trust SoE’s experience and follow the advice offered. Above all, the Challenge will work best for those dentists who already regard their practice as a business and want specific tools to help optimise their performance.
